• All services are non-refundable once rendered.
• Prepaid sessions and gift certificates are non-refundable, but may be transferable to another individual with prior notice.
• If Melodic Muscles Massage & Bodywork must cancel your appointment due to therapist illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
• No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, shortened sessions, or missed appointments (no-shows).
• Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction based on preference (pressure, techniques, or outcomes), as massage results vary by individual. Open communication during your session is highly encouraged and appreciated so adjustments can be made in real time.
