At Melodic Muscles Massage & Bodywork, each session is intentionally scheduled to create a harmonious andante flow—a gentle, steady pace that is neither rushed nor delayed. Your appointment time is reserved just for you, allowing space to compose calm, restore balance, and support your body’s natural rhythm.

To help maintain this flow, the following policy applies:

A 24-hour notice is kindly requested for all cancellations or reschedules.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be changed 50% of the scheduled service fee.

Appointments canceled within 2 hours of the scheduled time or missed appointments (no-shows) will be caged 100% of the service fee.

If you arrive late, your session will conclude at the originally scheduled time so the next client’s experience is not disrupted. The full service fee will still apply.

Life happens, and grace is always considered. Emergency situations may be handled at the therapist’s discretion. Thank you for honoring this policy, which allows Melodic Muscles to continue offering intentional, high-quality bodywork in a peaceful and professional environment.
